I was born 2 June 1963 in what was at the time the Glynwood Nursing Home in Benoni at 10 am the morning and named Hendrik Lourens Norval after my Grandfather on my Mothers side. My Grandfather, Hendrik Lourens Botes was a sergeant in the SA Police. I picked up the shortened version of my name and am still known as Henry Norval.
Even though I spent the first 16 years of my working career maintaining and servicing military aircraft like the beautiful Mirage F1, I now do sales and repairs of Barcoding Products. When I left the Aircraft Industry in 1998 I joined a company as a technician repairing barcode scanners. In 2004 we started our own company and we are still going strong. After more than 20 years in the business I can help and advise users on what Label Printers or Barcode Scanners will best fit their applications.
